Einstein’s Riddle
Some of you have probably already seen this. But for those who haven’t, here’s a pretty fun riddle:
There are 5 houses in 5 different colors. In each house lives a person with a different nationality. The 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet. No owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar, or drink the same beverage.
The question is: Who owns the fish?

It STILL blows my mind when I see these bumper stickers on cars. I don’t understand how people can think this way, and still be toting this message on their cars. Sad.

Car Fix
Someone bumped into my car last week in a parking lot. It’s rather minor, so I’m not going through insurance. Here’s the damage:
He got my side bumper. It seems the bumper popped back out, but the steel panel is pressed in and the clips holding the bumper flush broke off.
Today I took to the task of fixing it. First I took out my trunk lining and got in. Then with all my leg power, I pressed against the steel panel from the inside to push it out. I made some progress and mostly closed the gap.
For the final touch I had to turn to the everlasting bond strength of Mighty Putty. Of course I didn’t get the as seen on tv stuff, I just picked up some epoxy putty from home depot. Same thing. Put anyways, I just cut it like dough, kneaded it, and boom. Why not?
It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty close. Job well done.
